The company specializes in R & D and production of wear-resistant materials, the products include a variety of high, medium and low chrome alloy steel ball, steel section, high-manganese steel, carbon chromium alloy steel liner, the steel liner, heat-resistant steel, stainless steel, new vermicular casting iron steel ball mold. The eqiupments have Medium Frequency Induction Furnace, PLC Automatic Control Casting Production Line, Isothermal MCGS Grading Oil Quenching and Tempering Production Line.
Products have passed ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System Certification and ISO14001 Environment System Certification . The company has also set up the Wear-resistant Material Testing Center and the Institute of Grinding Process, with Spark-direct Reading Spectrometer, Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, Automatic Metallographic Examination, Universal Material Testing Machine, Rockwell Hardness Tester and Simulation of Ball and testing the service life of the use of state of drop-ball test machine ,etc. advanced theorizing experiment and inspection equipments .
